Raven, the Trickster
Raven, the Trickster. Obviously inspired by the style of Native American art of the Pacific Northwest, Raven is a common theme in many cultures. In Slavic mythology he is called Kutkha. Celtic myths celebrate the raven under many guises, including Bran the Blessed - think of the three-eyed raven from GOT. In Norse myths, Huginn and Muninn are two ravens who travel the world gathering information for Odin. Raven is often a trickster (like Hermes), bringer of light, communicator with the dead, and a creation figure.
